Refund and Return Policy

ReputationMarketingAgency.com may, but are under no obligation to, honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

ReputationMarketingAgency.com & the owner of this website, is a small business consulting company designed to provide a means for small business owners to advertise and market their small business.

Because clients receive valuable (proprietary) resources from the beginning of their relationship with ReputationMarketingAgency.com, clients must meet the following to have a refund request considered.

1. Profile = Members must complete their member profile in the Automatch software.

2. # of matches = Members must participate in at least 75% of the assigned matches

3. # of posts = Members must participate and post in the community at least one post per week

4. Complete lessons = Members must complete 75% of the lessons provided, showing good faith that they are actively trying to grow their business with AMA.

Overall = the max refund for a monthly membership is one month of membership dues ($29). Annual is 80% of annual dues ($199) if requested within the first 30 days of membership or 50% of annual dues ($124.50) thereafter up to three months. No refund will be given to an annual member after 90 days of membership due to the $100 discount, and the value of content received.

Non-delivery of the product: AutoMatchNetWork.com may require you first to submit proof that you have submitted a ticket describing the missing item.


Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. AutoMatchNetWork.com recommends that you contact the support team for your browser provider, as AutoMatchNetWork.com ensures that our software can be downloaded with all major browsers. This problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network.


Irreparable defects with the software: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for its approval of your refund request.


Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To help prevent this kind of claim, every customer is encouraged to check free samples (in video overviews, demo links, product samples, screenshots) of each product offered before making a purchase.


To submit a refund request, send an email to support@automatchnetwork.com at least seven (7) days prior to your next subscription billing date (if monthly) and include

1. Your name

2. Your email

3. your date of enrollment and

4. Your reason for requesting a refund.


Refunds that are approved are issued within ten (10) days of request via the same payment type as the purchase.
